Exchange

Exchange of goods can be done within a month of receipt of purchased products. Tell us about it by phone or by sending a message, we will check if we really have the product you care about. To quickly and conveniently make an exchange, we offer the "parcel for exchange" service, the courier will deliver to you the selected goods while receiving the products you want to send back, the cost of such exchange - 25 PLN (transfer to the account) or 30 PLN (payment on delivery).

Purchased goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery by sending a parcel to the following address: Balumi, ul. Żyrardowska 31/91, 05-825 Grodzisk Mazowiecki, phone 510 93 00 97. Returns can also be made in a stationary store at the same address.
