An ecru dress with a wide tulle bottom. The top of the dress is made of two types of fabric: lace and mesh jointed by a decorative pleat with a bow. We used mesh and tulle to sew the bottom, making the dress nicely presented. Inside we used a cotton lining and we added  a zipper on the back.

No worries – with us you can easily and quickly exchange the entire product or just selected pieces of the set, e.g. trousers, a jacket or a shirt.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Fill in the exchange form within 14 days of receiving your order

You'll find the form in the RETURN/EXCHANGE tab.
Once we receive the form, we'll check the availability of the selected products and confirm whether the exchange is possible.

2. Send the products back

Use the convenient returns/exchanges option available on our website.
The cost of returning the products to us is covered by the Customer.

3. Wait for the parcel from us

As soon as we receive confirmation that you've sent the parcel, we'll immediately dispatch the products you chose for exchange via InPost Parcel Lockers.
For your first exchange, we cover the cost of shipping the exchanged products to you.

Returns

If the purchased product didn't meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

After filling in the return form in the RETURN/EXCHANGE tab, send the product back within 14 days.
Please include a note with your order number in the parcel, which will allow us to identify your return efficiently.
